We hope you love everything you purchase from Antipoda Co.

However, if you need to return any items, please read our Refund Policy below.

Returns 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@antipoda.co with details and photos of the issue and proof of purchase.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds
In the unlikely event that you haven’t received an email within 10 days of returning your items. Contact hello@antipoda.co and we’ll help you out. 

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Shipping 
To return your product, please send it to:

Please note: returns to this address must be mailed. We will not accept returns in person.

Refunds are applicable for the items only and do not include the price paid for shipping.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't be held responsible for items lost in transit.

 

How to return an item

Step 1
Write to us via our Contact Form (click here) with details and photos of the issue and proof of purchase within 48h of delivery. Upon our inspection we will notify you whether your return has been approved and how to send it back to us.

Step 2
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please package your item carefully when you send it to us.

Step 3
We will ask you whether you want the item to be replaced or refunded. If you are approved for a refund, we will process it, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

 

Returns without an authorisation will not be accepted.
