Note: When making an embroidered pattern there is sometimes a small extra thread left over since the machine making the embroidery need to have a safety distance for cutting, to ensure they do not cut in the actual embroidery. If you feel like you want to cut the extra snippet of thread off, you can, but please be careful to not cut into the embroidered figure. Extra thread is not considered a fault and returns for this reason will not be accepted.

Click and Collect: We are now offering pick up services for online orders from our warehouse at Clik Collective, 15 Cochranes Rd, Moorabbin, Victoria, 3189.  Orders are usually ready within 24 business hours after payment. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Pick up will be available from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday at the reception area of Clik Collective.
